Spanish Steps –  La Passeggiata

Naturally, the best museum in Rome is Rome itself. In the late afternoon, Via del Corso is the setting for the most charming social tradition—the stroll known as the Passeggiata. It is a type of loosely organized community meeting, at which friends and family all meet in the street to see and be seen. The culmination of  street life in Rome is the Spanish steps. Why not pretend to be Roman for a day and take part in this historic tradition?
