The Power House is the old electrical center of the Deering Estate in Miami. John William Bailly’s has called the Power House his studio twice. His first residency was from September 2015 until April 2017, at which time he produced “10,000 Years of Miami.” Bailly returned again in September 2019 to complete his project the “Roses of Fibonacci,” and continues to work there presently in May 2020. More information about the works from these two projects is at the LnS Gallery. The Power House is listed in the National Register of Historic Places by the United States Department of Interior.
